Schedules of Specific Commitments 1. Each Party shall set out in a schedule the specific commitments it undertakes under Article 3 (National Treatment), Article 4 (Market Access) and Article 5 (Additional Commitments). With respect to sectors where such commitments are undertaken, each schedule shall specify:
Price Schedule, Payment Terms and Billing, and Price Adjustments (a) Price Schedule: Price Schedule under this Contract is set forth in Exhibit B.
Rate Schedule This Service Agreement in all respects shall be and remain subject to the applicable provisions of Rate Schedule CDS and of the General Terms and Conditions of Pipeline's FERC Gas Tariff on file with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, all of which are by this reference made a part hereof. Customer shall pay Pipeline, for all services rendered hereunder and for the availability of such service in the period stated, the applicable prices established under Pipeline's Rate Schedule CDS as filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and as same may hereafter be legally amended or superseded. Customer agrees that Pipeline shall have the unilateral right to file with the appropriate regulatory authority and make changes effective in (a) the rates and charges applicable to service pursuant to Pipeline's Rate Schedule CDS, (b) Pipeline's Rate Schedule CDS pursuant to which service hereunder is rendered or (c) any provision of the General Terms and Conditions applicable to Rate Schedule CDS. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer does not agree that Pipeline shall have the unilateral right without the consent of Customer subsequent to the execution of this Service Agreement and Pipeline shall not have the right during the effectiveness of this Service Agreement to make any filings pursuant to Section 4 of the Natural Gas Act to change the MDQ specified in Article I, to change the term of the agreement as specified in Article II, to change Point(s) of Receipt specified in Article IV, to change the Point(s) of Delivery specified in Article IV, or to change the firm character of the service hereunder. Pipeline agrees that Customer may protest or contest the aforementioned filings, and Customer does not waive any rights it may have with respect to such filings. With respect to sectors where such commitments are undertaken, each Schedule shall specify: (a) terms, limitations and conditions on market access; (b) conditions and qualifications on national treatment; (c) undertakings relating to additional commitments referred to in Article 108 (Additional Commitments); and (d) where appropriate, the time-frame for implementation of such commitments and the date of entry into force of such commitments. 2. Measures inconsistent with both Articles 106 (National Treatment) and 000 (Xxxxxx Xxxxxx) are inscribed in the column relating to Article 107 (Market Access). In this case, the inscription is considered to provide a condition or qualification to Article 106 (National Treatment) as well. 3. The Parties' Schedules of Specific Commitments are set out in Annex 6 (Schedules of Specific Commitments).
Service Level Commitment IBM provides the following service level commitment (“SLA”) for the Cloud Service, after IBM makes the Cloud Service available to you.
Shift Schedule The words "shift schedule" when used in this Agreement shall mean a timetable of the shifts and off days assigned to a position or group of positions which commences at the beginning of a pay period and includes one complete rotation of said shifts.
Four Day Work Week Schedule i. When working under the four (4) day work week schedule, Employees shall be paid at double time (2x) the regular hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of the regular ten (10) hours per day Monday through Thursday.
Service Schedule The Agency shall provide Services in accordance with the times and days of the week set forth in the Scope of Service (Attachment “A”), unless otherwise approved by the Recipient in writing. In addition, a method for providing 24-hour on-call access shall be published and made accessible to the Consumers and other Service providers.
Alternate Schedules Employees working alternate schedules who are normally scheduled to work more than eight (8) hours on a day observed as a holiday may use vacation leave, compensatory time or leave without pay to make up the difference between the employee’s normally scheduled shift and the eight (8) hours of holiday pay.
Salary Schedule Advancement The base salaries in each cluster within a step may be increased through COLA, turnover savings, increments, and additional educational attainment. Once placed in a cluster within a step, faculty do not move from cluster to cluster except as described in B.3.B below.
