Leave With or Without Pay. FOR ASSOCIATION BUSINESS When operational requirements permit, CANADA will grant leave to a reasonable number of employees without pay for the purpose of attending preparatory contract negotiation meetings, contract negotiation meetings on behalf of the Association, and during Conciliation meetings.
