LEAVE TO ENGAGE IN EMERGENCY RELIEF ACTIVITIES. 68.1 Employees who are members of the CFA, SES or a similar organisation may be released from duty without loss of pay to attend emergency situations requiring the attendance of the employee. The Employer may refuse time release where the employee’s absence will adversely impact the capacity of the health service to maintain services.
LEAVE TO ENGAGE IN EMERGENCY RELIEF ACTIVITIES. An Employee who is a member of a voluntary emergency relief organisation including, but not limited to, the Country Fire Authority, Red Cross, State Emergency Service and St Xxxx Ambulance must be released from normal duty without loss of pay where an emergency situation arises that requires the attendance of the Employee. An Employee who is required to attain qualifications or to requalify to perform activities in an emergency relief organisation must be granted leave with pay for the period of time required to fulfil the requirements of the training course pertaining to those qualifications, provided that such training can be undertaken without unduly affecting the operations of the Agency in which the Employee is employed.

LEAVE TO ENGAGE IN EMERGENCY RELIEF ACTIVITIES. An employee, other than acasual employee, who is amember of avoluntary emergency relief organisation including the Country Fire Authority, Red Cross, State Emergency Service and St Xxxx Ambulance may, subject to approval from the TAC be released from normal duty without loss of pay for attendance at a state emergency or a significant event or disaster.

If the Funder terminates this Agreement because a person has exercised a security interest as contemplated by section 107 of the Act, the Funder would expect to enter into a service accountability agreement with the person exercising the security interest or the receiver or other agent acting on behalf of that person where the person has obtained the Director's approval under section 110 of the Act and has met all other relevant requirements of Applicable Law.

  • Compensable Work-Related Injury or Illness Leave An employee who sustains a work-related illness or injury that is compensable under the state workers’ compensation law may select time-loss compensation exclusively or leave payments in addition to time-loss compensation. Employees who take sick leave, vacation leave or compensatory time during a period in which they receive time-loss compensation will receive full sick leave, vacation leave or compensatory time pay in addition to any time-loss payments. Notwithstanding Section 18.1, of Article 18, Leave Without Pay, the Employer may separate an employee in accordance with Article 31, Reasonable Accommodation and Disability Separation.

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.

  • Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.
