Upon return to work the employee will return to the position previously held or in the event that the job has been eliminated one of equal rating. Under the provisions of this clause employees shall continue to accumulate seniority.

  • MATERNITY LEAVE OF ABSENCE A Maternity Leave of Absence will be granted, subject to the following:

  • Extended Leave of Absence Professional employees who have attained renewable contract status may request extended leaves of absence for one (1) year without pay under any one of the circumstances listed in this section.
