Common use of Leave Loading Clause in Contracts

Leave Loading. (a) Employees shall receive a leave loading of 17.5% in respect to any annual leave taken. This loading shall apply to proportionate leave paid out upon lawful termination initiated by the employer but shall not apply in relation to summary dismissal or termination initiated by the employee.
