Leave Loading. As a result of the Enterprise Bargaining consultation process employees eligible for the payment of Leave Loading in accordance with the South Australian Public Service (Leave Loading) Award will have the option of either:
Leave Loading. A Teacher who has not elected under clause 26.1 to receive additional superannuation contributions will be entitled to the benefits of this clause 17.8. Subject to clause 17.8(h), where a Teacher (other than a Casual Teacher), is given and takes annual leave commencing at the beginning of the school summer vacation each year, the Teacher shall be paid an annual holiday loading in accordance with this clause 17.8.
