Leave for Negotiations. When negotiations are scheduled during the regular school day the teacher and occasional teacher representatives (to a maximum of four [4]) shall incur no loss of pay for time spent in negotiations with the Board representatives to a maximum of twenty (20) days. Additional release time for the Teachers and Occasional Teachers Table Team would be at Federation expense.
