Leave for Jury Duty. 16.29 A faculty employee called for jury duty in the manner provided for by law may request and shall be granted a jury duty leave of absence. Such a leave shall be with pay, provided the amount the faculty employee receives for jury fees, excluding mileage allowance, shall be deducted from his or her regular earnings. Verification of jury duty (summons or court statement) shall be attached to the leave report.
