Common use of Leave for Court Appearances Clause in Contracts

Leave for Court Appearances. An employee who is called for Jury Duty or as a witness shall continue to receive their regular pay. The employee shall turn over to the College any monies received from the Crown, except travel and meal allowances, on the days the employee is normally scheduled to work providing this does not exceed their regular pay rate.
