LEAVE ABSENCE. Executive shall be entitled to unlimited paid time off, subject to the Company’s policy as from time to time amended in its discretion.

LEAVE ABSENCE. Maternity Leave, without pay, shall be available as follows: Childbirth a maximum leave of six months in duration, which may be taken before and/or after the date of confinement. Adoption a maximum leave of six months in duration, which may be taken on and after the date of adoption placement. While on maternity or adoption leave an employee shall continue to accumulate seniority. When an employee intends to return to work after maternity or adop- tion leave, she shall the Board with at least two weeks’ notice. On return from maternity or adoption leave, the employee shall be placed at least in her position. If the former posi- tion no longer exists, she shall be placed in an equivalent position.
