Leasing of Additional Premises. Tenant agrees to lease additional premises in the building, specifically 0000 Xxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, a space of approximately +/- 10,800 square feet under the following terms and conditions. PREMISES: Approximately +/- 10,800 square feet that is divided into +/- 6000 feet of office space and +/- 4800 feet of warehouse space located at 0000 Xxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx. The space has a front entrance off of San Pablo Avenue and rear entrance with a roll-up door and dock high access.
