Leasing Fee Survives. In addition to the amounts specified in paragraph A of this Section, if 29 Owner terminates this Agreement before the termination date in Section 2(d) and/or before the Property is leased, 30 and within calendar days of the termination the Property is leased to anyone with whom the Broker 31 has had negotiations or to whom the Property was shown prior to the termination, Broker shall be paid the 32 Leasing Fee set forth in Section 3(b). This paragraph C shall not apply if Owner enters into a valid property 33 management agreement with another licensed real estate Broker after termination of this Agreement.

  • Termination Fee Charge A. In the event the Judicial Council terminates this Agreement pursuant to the “Termination Other Than for Cause” provision, as set forth in Exhibit A, the Judicial Council may be charged a Termination Fee, not to exceed the amount specified in Exhibit G.

  • CONTINGENT FEE AGREEMENT A. The Attorneys shall advance all expenses in the Litigation. The Client is not liable to pay any of the expenses of the Litigation, whether attorneys' fees or costs. Recovery of costs and other expenses is contingent upon a recovery being obtained. If no recovery is obtained, Client will owe nothing for costs and other expenses. Each calendar quarter, Supplier must provide a contract sales activity report (Report) to the Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator assigned to this Contract. Reports are due no later than 45 days after the end of each calendar quarter. A Report must be provided regardless of the number or amount of sales during that quarter (i.e., if there are no sales, Supplier must submit a report indicating no sales were made). The Report must contain the following fields: • Participating Entity Name (e.g., City of Staples Highway Department); • Participating Entity Physical Street Address; • Participating Entity City; • Participating Entity State/Province; • Participating Entity Zip/Postal Code; • Participating Entity Contact Name; • Participating Entity Contact Email Address; • Participating Entity Contact Telephone Number; • Sourcewell Assigned Entity/Participating Entity Number; • Item Purchased Description; • Item Purchased Price; • Sourcewell Administrative Fee Applied; and • Date Purchase was invoiced/sale was recognized as revenue by Supplier.

  • Representation Fee A. If an employee does not become a member of the Association during any membership year which is covered in whole or in part by this Agreement, said employee will be required to pay a representation fee to the Association for that membership year. The purpose of this fee will be to offset the employee's per capita cost of services rendered by the Association as majority representative.

  • Rental Fee Is for one day only from 8:00 am to 12:00 midnight. Groups or Individuals requiring more than one day for their event will be charged a rental fee for each day required – no exceptions.
