Common use of Leasing Costs Clause in Contracts

Leasing Costs. The parties acknowledge and agree that any leasing commissions or legal fees incurred by Landlord in connection with this Amendment or any prior or future amendment to the Lease, shall constitute Landlord's leasing cost for purposes of the Lease.
