Leasing Clause. Upon and subject to the terms, provisions and conditions herein set forth, Landlord does hereby LEASE, DEMISE and LET unto Tenant, and Xxxxxx does hereby take and lease from Landlord, the Rangers Complex, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Rangers Complex, together with all rights, privileges, easements and appurtenances belonging to or in any way pertaining to the Rangers Complex, for the term herein provided, upon and subject to the terms, conditions and agreements contained herein.

Leasing Clause. Landlord warrants that it is the owner of the Premises, and has the full right and authority to make this Lease. Landlord hereby leases the Premises to Tenant in accordance with the provisions of this Lease. Tenant hereby accepts this Lease.

Leasing Clause. Lessor hereby leases and lets the Leased Premises to Lessee for construction of improvements thereon for use in the operation of a cogeneration plant and related support facilities to provide power to one or more electric power companies or to Lessor.
