Common use of Leasing Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Leasing Arrangements. No Obligor will, and each Obligor will procure that none of its Subsidiaries will, enter into or have outstanding any Financial Indebtedness of a type described in paragraph (d) or (j) of the definition of “Financial Indebtedness” in Clause 1.1 (Definitions) (which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall not include operating leases) except where the aggregate capital element of all future rentals during any financial year of the Parent under all such Financial Indebtedness (determined in accordance with U.S. GAAP) does not exceed $5,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies).
