Common use of Leases in Effect Clause in Contracts

Leases in Effect. All of the Leases specifically described or referred to in Exhibit A are in full force and effect. All covenants, express or implied, in respect of the Leases specifically described or referred to in Exhibit A, or of any assignment of any of such Leases, which may affect the validity of any of such Leases, have been performed insofar as such Leases pertain to the Lands.

Leases in Effect. All of the Leases specifically described or referred to in Exhibit A are in full force and effect. All covenants, express or implied, in respect of the Leases specifically described or referred to in Exhibit A, or of any assignment of any of such Leases, which may affect the validity of any of such Leases, have been performed in all material respects insofar as such Leases pertain to the Lands.

All To Mortgagor's knowledge, all covenants, express or implied, in respect of the Leases specifically described or referred to in Exhibit A, or of any assignment of any of such Leases, which may affect the validity of any of such Leases, have been performed insofar as such Leases pertain to the Landsperformed.
