Common use of Leaseholds Clause in Contracts

Leaseholds. All of Seller’s right, title and interest in and to all oil and gas leaseholds and working interests, in and to the oil, gas and mineral leases which are described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes (the “Leases”);

Leaseholds. All of Seller’s 's right, title and interest in and to all oil and gas leaseholds and working interestsleaseholds, in and to the oil, gas and other minerals, including working interests, carried working interests, rights of assignment and reassignment, net revenue interests, record title interests, undeveloped locations and all other interests under or in oil, gas or mineral leases leases, and interests in rights to explore for and produce oil, gas or other minerals which are described in Exhibit “"A” attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes " (the “"Leases”");
