Common use of Lease Term Clause in Contracts

Lease Term. The Lease starts on the Starting Date, and ends at 12:00pm on the Ending Date (the "Lease Term"). You are liable under the terms of this Lease for the full Lease Term. You will not be released from your liability under this Lease due to school withdrawal or transfer, business transfer, loss of job, marriage, divorce, loss of any of the residents in the Apartment, bad health, or for any other reason, except for involuntary military service. You may not occupy your Bedroom until the Lease and any required payments, guaranty or other documents (such as a credit or background check) have been completed, executed and delivered to us. At our discretion, we may waive any of the required documents or requirements in which case this Lease is effective as if all such documents had been provided. We will not hold a particular Bedroom for you while we are waiting on you to submit a complete set of documents. If your Bedroom is not available for occupancy on the starting date of the Lease Term, you are not excused from paying Rent unless we fail to provide you with reasonably comparable alternate housing, and transportation if necessary, for that period of time from the start date of the Lease Term until your Bedroom is available for your occupancy. Thereafter, if your Bedroom cannot be occupied due to damage or destruction, we will proceed as described in Paragraph 12 of this Lease. Under no circumstances will we be liable to you for any damages, of any kind, caused by or related to the failure of your Bedroom to be ready for occupancy on the start date of the Lease Term or at any time thereafter.

If your Bedroom is not available for occupancy on the starting date of the Lease Term, you are not excused from paying Rent unless we fail to provide you with reasonably comparable alternate housing, and transportation if necessary, for that period of time from the start date of the Lease Term until your Bedroom is available for your occupancy. Thereafter, if your Bedroom cannot be occupied due to damage or destruction, we will proceed as described in Paragraph 12 of this Lease. Under no circumstances will we be liable to you for any damages, of any kind, caused by or related to the failure of your Bedroom to be ready for occupancy on the start date of the Lease Term or at any time thereafter.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if necessary, for that period possession of time from the start date of the Lease Term until your Bedroom is available has not been delivered to you within ninety (90) days following the Starting Date, either you or we, at our respective option at any time within thirty (30) days thereafter, but prior to the delivery of possession, may terminate this Lease by and upon written notice to the other, and we and you shall thereupon be released from all obligations under this Lease except for any of your occupancy. Thereafterfinancial obligations then due and payable, if your Bedroom cannot be occupied due to damage or destruction, we will proceed as described in Paragraph 12 of this Leaseany. Under no circumstances will we be liable to you for any damages, of any kind, caused by or related to the failure of your Bedroom to be ready for occupancy on the start date of the Lease Term or at any time thereafter.

Thereafter, if your Bedroom Bed Space cannot be occupied due to damage or destruction, we will proceed as described in Paragraph 12 of this Lease. Under no circumstances will we be liable to you for any damages, of any kind, caused by or related to the failure of your Bedroom Bed Space to be ready for occupancy on the start date of the Lease Term or at any time thereafter.

Thereafter, if your Bedroom cannot be occupied due to damage or destruction, we will proceed as described in Paragraph 12 of this Lease. Under no circumstances will we be liable to you for any damages, of any kind, caused by or related to the failure of your Bedroom to be ready for occupancy on the start date of the Lease Term or at any time thereafter. Your sole remedies are described in Paragraph 12 below.

If Except as otherwise provided by law, if your Bedroom is not available for occupancy on the starting date of the Lease Term, you are not excused from paying Rent unless we fail to provide you with reasonably comparable alternate housing, and transportation if necessary, for that period of time from the start date of the Lease Term until your Bedroom is available for your occupancy. Thereafter, if your Bedroom cannot be occupied due to damage or destruction, we will proceed as described in Paragraph 12 of this Lease. If your Bedroom is not available for occupancy on the starting date of the Lease Term, you are not excused from paying Rent unless we fail to provide you with reasonably comparable alternate housing, and transportation if necessary, for that period of time from the start date of the Lease Term until your Bedroom is available for your occupancy. Thereafter, if your Bedroom cannot be occupied due to damage or destruction, we will proceed as described in Paragraph 12 11 of this Lease. Under no circumstances will we be liable to you for any damages, of any kind, caused by or related to the failure of your Bedroom to be ready for occupancy on the start date of the Lease Term or at any time thereafter.

We will not hold a particular Bedroom for you while we are waiting on you to submit a complete set of documents. If your Bedroom is not available for occupancy on the starting date of the Lease Term, you are not excused from paying Rent unless we fail to provide you with reasonably comparable alternate housing, and transportation if necessary, for that period of time from the start date of the Lease Term until your Bedroom is available for your occupancy. Thereafter, if your Bedroom cannot be occupied due to damage or destruction, we will proceed as described in Paragraph 12 13 of this Lease. Under Except for those circumstances prohibited by law, under no circumstances will we be liable to you for any damages, of any kind, caused by or related to the failure of your Bedroom to be ready for occupancy on the start date of the Lease Term or at any time thereafter.

Thereafter, if your Bedroom cannot be occupied due to damage or destruction, we will proceed as described in Paragraph 12 10 of this Lease. Under no circumstances will we be liable to you for any damages, of any kind, caused by or related to the failure of your Bedroom to be ready for occupancy on the start date of the Lease Term or at any time thereafter.

If you have made all required payments and provided us all required documents and your Bedroom is not available for occupancy on the starting date of the Lease Term, you are not excused from paying Rent unless we fail to provide you with reasonably comparable alternate housing, and transportation if necessary, for that period of time from the start date of the Lease Term until your Bedroom is available for your occupancy. Lease Term. The Lease starts on the Starting Date, and ends at 12:00pm 12:00 NOON on the Ending Date (the "“Lease Term"”). You are liable under the terms of this Lease for the full Lease Term. You will not be released from your liability under this Lease due to school withdrawal or transfer, business transfer, loss of job, marriage, divorce, loss of any of the residents in the Apartmenta Co-Tenant, bad health, or for any other reason, except for involuntary military service. You may not occupy your Bedroom the Apartment until the Lease and any required payments, guaranty or other documents (such as a credit or background check) have been completed, completely executed and delivered to us. At If we determine, in our sole discretion, we may waive any of that the required documents or requirements in which case this Lease is effective as if all such documents had been provided. We will not hold a particular Bedroom for you while we are waiting on you to submit a complete set of documents. If your Bedroom Apartment is not available ready for occupancy by you on the starting date Starting Date of the Lease Term, you are not excused from paying Rent unless we fail to provide you with reasonably comparable alternate housing, and transportation if necessary, under the Lease for that period of time from the start date Starting Date of the Lease Term until your Bedroom the Apartment is available ready for your occupancy. Thereafter, if your Bedroom If the Apartment cannot be occupied due to damage or destructionby you, we will proceed as described have the right to terminate this Lease or to provide to you other accommodations within or outside of the Complex in Paragraph 12 of which event this LeaseLease shall continue with respect to such other accommodations until your Apartment is ready for occupancy. Under no circumstances will we be liable to you for any damages, of any kind, caused by or related to the failure of your Bedroom the Apartment to be ready for occupancy on the start date Starting Date of the Lease Term or at any time thereafter.
