Common use of Lease Supplement Clause in Contracts

Lease Supplement. On the initial Funding Date, Lessee and Agent Lessor shall each execute and deliver a Lease Supplement for the Property to be leased on such date in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto and thereafter the Property shall be subject to the terms of this Lease.

Lease Supplement. On the initial Funding Date, Lessee and Agent Lessor shall each execute and deliver a Lease Supplement for the Property to be leased on such date in substantially the form of Exhibit EXHIBIT A hereto and thereafter the each Property shall be subject to the terms of this Lease.

Lease Supplement. On the initial Funding Date, Lessee and Agent Lessor shall each execute and deliver a Lease Supplement Land and a Lease Supplement Improvements for the each Property to be leased on such date in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto and Exhibit B respectively and thereafter the Property each such Lease Supplement shall be subject to incorporate all of the terms and conditions of this Lease.
