Common use of Lease of Premises Clause in Contracts

Lease of Premises. Landlord hereby leases the Premises to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases the Premises from Landlord, upon all of the terms, covenants and conditions contained in this Lease. On the Commencement Date described herein, Landlord shall deliver the Premises to Tenant in substantial conformance with the Work Letter Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit B.

Lease of Premises. Landlord hereby leases the Premises to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases the Premises from Landlord, upon all of the terms, covenants and conditions contained in this Lease. On Thirty (30) days prior to the Commencement Date described herein, Landlord shall deliver the Premises to Tenant in substantial conformance with the Work Letter Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit B.

Landlord hereby leases the Leased Premises ("Premises") to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases the Premises from Landlord, upon all of the terms, covenants and conditions contained in this Lease. On the Commencement Date described herein, Landlord shall deliver the Premises to Tenant in substantial conformance with and warrants and represents to Tenant that the Work Letter Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit B.Premises are fit and zoned for Tenant's Permitted Use.

Lease of Premises. Landlord hereby leases the Premises to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases the Premises from Landlord, upon all of the terms, covenants and conditions contained in this Lease. On the Commencement Date described herein, Landlord shall deliver at its sole cost and expense subject to its building standard furnish and install the Premises to Tenant in substantial conformance with improvements outlined on the Work Letter Agreement plan by Xxxxxxxxx Architects marked as Exhibit “B” attached hereto as Exhibit B.and made a part hereof.

Lease of Premises. Landlord hereby leases the Premises to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases the Premises from Landlord, upon all of the terms, covenants and conditions contained in this Lease. On the Commencement Date described herein, Landlord shall deliver the Premises to Tenant "AS IS" and Tenant accepts the Premises in substantial conformance with its present condition and acknowledges that Landlord has no responsibility or obligation to make any tenant improvements whatsoever, except for the Work Letter Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit B.work described in Paragraph 27.25.
