Common use of Lease of Premises Clause in Contracts

Lease of Premises. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord the Premises for the Term and upon the terms, covenants and conditions provided in this Lease. In the event Landlord delivers possession of the Premises to Tenant prior to the Commencement Date, Tenant shall be subject to all of the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease (except with respect to the payment of Rent) as of the date of such possession.

Lease of Premises. (a) Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord the Premises for the Term and upon the terms, covenants and conditions provided in this Lease. In the event Landlord delivers possession of the Premises to Tenant prior to the Commencement Date, Tenant shall be subject to all of the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease (except with respect to the payment of Rent) as of the date of such possession, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Lease.
