Common use of Lease Brokerage Clause in Contracts

Lease Brokerage. To Seller's knowledge, there are no lease brokerage agreements, leasing commission agreements or other agreements providing for payments of any amounts for leasing activities or procuring tenants with respect to the Property other than as disclosed in Exhibit 5.1.4.

Lease Brokerage. To Seller's ’s knowledge, there are no lease brokerage agreements, leasing commission agreements or other agreements providing for payments of any amounts for leasing activities or procuring tenants with respect to the Property which will become due and payable after Closing other than as disclosed in Exhibit 5.1.4.L.

Lease Brokerage. To Seller's knowledge, there are no lease brokerage agreements, leasing commission agreements or other agreements providing for payments of any amounts for leasing activities or procuring tenants with respect to the Property other than as disclosed in Exhibit 5.1.4C. Seller hereby represents and warrants that all such commissions that have heretofore become due and payable have been paid.

Lease Brokerage. To Seller's knowledge, there are no lease brokerage agreements, leasing commission agreements or other agreements providing for payments of any amounts for leasing activities or procuring tenants with respect to the Property as of the Effective Date which would be payable subsequent to Closing, other than as disclosed in Exhibit 5.1.4the Lease Schedule.

Lease Brokerage. To Seller's ’s knowledge, there are no lease brokerage agreements, leasing commission agreements or other agreements providing for payments of any amounts for leasing activities or procuring tenants with respect to the Property other than as disclosed in Exhibit 5.1.4B hereto.

Lease Brokerage. To Seller's knowledge, there are no lease brokerage agreements, leasing commission agreements or other agreements providing for payments of any amounts for leasing activities or procuring tenants with respect to the Property other than as disclosed in Exhibit 5.1.4.G.

Lease Brokerage. To Seller's knowledge, there are no lease brokerage agreements, leasing commission agreements or other agreements providing for payments of any amounts for leasing activities or procuring tenants with respect to the Property as of the Effective Date which would be payable subsequent to Closing, other than as disclosed in Exhibit 5.1.4the Leases, the Lease Schedule, or in the Lease files to be made available to Purchaser during the Inspection Period.

Lease Brokerage. To Seller's ’s knowledge, there are no lease brokerage agreements, leasing commission agreements or other agreements providing for payments of any amounts for leasing activities or procuring tenants with respect to the Property Project other than as disclosed such agreements that will be identified, in Exhibit 5.1.4writing, by Seller to Buyer on or before April 22, 2004.
