LearningImprovement Fund- Support Staff. The funds stipulated in Item 1of the LOA --Learning Improvement Fund: Support Staff Priorities (Appendix D) are the greater of $10 million or 20% of the LIF commencing on July 1, 2015. These funds will be allocated to School Districts in accordance with the following principles as per established SSEAC procedures: Additional hours will be allocated to EA positions of more than 10 and less than 35 hours where required to provide support for the learning needs of students in alignment with district objectives and the learning Improvement Fund Statute and Regulation. This does not preclude the creation of new full time or part time EA positions. Inorder to facilitate the creation of full time jobs, the Parties encourage the bundling of duties. In order to promote continuity of student coverage consideration will be given to creating positions of equivalent length. For clarity, shifts scheduled for a duration not ending in a whole hour or half hour, will be increased to the next half hour. Consideration may begiven to the establishment of itinerant positions to enhance services to students with special needs and provide for the opportunity to effectively deploy EA's in circumstances of changing enrollment throughout the school year. Support staff local unions and Boards of Education will formulate a plan for the above funds. Plans for full time jobs for EA's are to be accompanied by job descriptions as per existing SSEAC procedures in accordance with the Collective Agreements. SSEAC will receive the jointly agreed plans from school districts and locals. If disputes arise regarding the implementation of this agreement the matter will be referred to the SSEAC. Should SSEAC fail to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of the referring parties the matter may be sent by either party to mediation using a mutually agreed upon mediator. If permitted by legislation and regulation, a one-time allocation of $2.5 million from these funds, on or after July 1, 2015, will be provided to the SSEAC Skills Enhancement Fund to be distributed to school districts for job related EA training according to established procedures.   • Support Staff The College shall designate a clerical person on each campus whose primary responsibility will be to perform clerical duties related to workload assignments for Employees. Faculty assignments to the clerical person shall be given priority over non- faculty assignments. Any conflicts shall be reported to the Chief Academic Officer or to an academic officer of the College who holds the rank of Campus Director or higher. Employees will be notified of the identity of this person and the clerical person will be notified.

  • Project Staff Contractor shall appoint to the Project Staff: (i) individuals with suitable training and skills to provide the Work, and (ii) sufficient staffing to adequately provide the Work. Contractor shall make commercially reasonable efforts consistent with sound business practices to honor the specific request of the JBE with regard to assignment of its employees. The JBE may require Contractor to remove any personnel from the Project Staff that interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors (including, without limitation, the Contractor Project Manager) upon providing to Contractor a reason (permitted by law) for such removal.   • Project Staffing Prior to the start of any work under this Agreement, Consultant must submit to City detailed resumes of key personnel that will be involved in performing services prescribed in the Agreement. City hereby acknowledges its acceptance of such personnel to perform services under this Agreement. At any time hereafter that Consultant desires to change key personnel while performing under the Agreement, Consultant must submit the qualifications of the new personnel to City for prior approval. Key personnel include, but are not limited to, principals-in-charge, project manager, and project Consultant. Consultant will maintain an adequate and competent staff of qualified persons, as may be determined by City, throughout the performance of this Agreement to ensure acceptable and timely completion of the Scope of Services.   • Team Leader In each of the categories described above, a Team Leader, besides knowing all of the specialization and orientation of their category, must have proved certifiable, technical expertise and aptitude, show leadership capabilities in management, coordination, training and work team skills.   • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:
