Leak Detection. This requirement was withdrawn pursuant to the Decision. 2 On August 31, 2017, PHMSA approved Belle Fourche’s request to submit quarterly status reports to PHMSA in lieu of monthly status reports under the “1. Reporting” under “Other Requirements” of the CAO.
Leak Detection. PCA shall be subject to the pulping process condensate closed collection system inspection requirements of 40 C.F.R. § 63.453(l) and, pursuant to § 63.453(l)(1)(i), the applicable requirements of 40 C.F.R. § 63.453(k). In addition, as provided below in Xxxxxxxxx 0, XXX is subject to the applicable provisions of 40 C.F.R. § 63.454(b) regarding inspection, detection and repair of its closed-vent system and closed collection system.
Leak Detection. The PMSA shall test 20% of buildings each year for leaks using automated leak detection devices, such as ultrasonic flow meters. Leak test shall cover a range of time when the building is unoccupied when there is no expected flow. Leak detection can only occur after hours, weekends or during holidays. Overtime pay is authorized for achieving this task after hours.
Leak Detection. All Instrument components which contain a gas or liquid shall be subjected to leak checks. Additionally, subsystems/subassemblies that contain a gas or liquid shall be leak checked at the subsystem/subassembly level (external leak). Leak Detection. The system must monitor water consumption through the meter and indicate when there is a suspected customer-side leak. The system must be compatible with fixed and movable distribution system noise loggers to be able to predict potential distribution system leaks.
Leak Detection. On or before November 1, 2010,the permittees shall conduct a system wide comprehensive leak detection survey of the Torrington Water Company and the Aquarion Litchfield System water distribution system and repair any leaks found. The leak detection survey shall follow standards and criteria contained within AWWA Manual M36 as may be amended or revised. No later than January 15, of the following year, the permittees shall report to the Commissioner all actions taken pursuant to the leak detection survey, including the number of miles of main surveyed, survey techniques and methodology, leaks found and repairs made. A copy of this record shall be included in the Annual Report to the Commissioner required by Special Condition No. 16 of this permit.
Leak Detection. If sewer discharge records indicate a likely leak in the system the User agrees to conduct infiltration and inflow surveys to find the source of excess flow, and to correct any leaking lines that are located, at the User’s expense.
Leak Detection. The Director of Water may, upon approval of the Administrative Services Director, appoint an employee to be responsible for the leak detection program and to receive an additional $23.08 per pay period while performing these duties effective the first full pay period of the assignment.
