LEADERSHIP TEAMS. 14.1 Each site may establish Leadership Team. The Leadership Team is an advisory board, offering suggestions and ideas of how to improve the site and student learning. The team shall be comprised of at least two teachers and the site Principal. The group will meet at least once per year.

LEADERSHIP TEAMS. District Leadership Team (DLT) primary functions: • Setting performance targets aligned with district goals; • Monitoring performance against the targets; • Building a foundation for data-driven decision making on a system-wide basis; • Designing system planning and focused improvement strategies; structures and processes; • Facilitating the development and use of collaborative structures; • Brokering or facilitating high quality PD consistent with district goals; and • Allocating system resources toward instructional improvement. Building Leadership Team (BLT) primary functions: • Xxxxxx shared efficacy; • Build a school culture that supports effective data-driven decision making; • Establish priorities for instruction and achievement aligned with district goals; • Provide opportunities for teachers to learn from each other and greater opportunity for teacher leadership; • Monitor and provide effective feedback on student progress; • Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of focused building improvement plans; • Make recommendations for the management of resources, including time, and personnel to meet district goals.

LEADERSHIP TEAMS. The District and the Association agree to establish a team of teachers, principals, and district/union leadership to determine an appropriate role responsibilities and job duties (eg. leadership, PLC activities, school improvement plans, scheduling, budget, etc.) and fair stipends for those individuals responsible for those tasks. This will be completed prior to the 2021.22 school year.
LEADERSHIP TEAMS. The majority of the site Leadership Team shall consist of full-time or shared contract classroom teachers with representation from each grade level or department. The classroom teachers shall be selected by their peers. The site administrator shall designate the other members of the site leadership team. The Adult Education Program Leadership Team shall consist of a majority of Adult Education teachers. Each team shall develop a protocol for communicating the recommendations and decisions of the team to the staff.
LEADERSHIP TEAMS. A. The All District Leadership Team (ADLT) will be composed of the Superintendent, building Principal(s), other Administrators deemed necessary, and two (2) Teachers from each building. The ADLT will meet at least three times a year. The ADLT provides an opportunity for a joint focus on District wide topics that will further unify the building level teams and the District. The ADLT will, establish a plan for a school wide satisfaction survey and review the data from the survey which will be used for District improvement. The ADLT is not a forum for on-going negotiations or to address other issues found in or relating to the collective bargaining agreement. Meetings that occur outside the Teacher work hours will be compensated at the curriculum rate.
LEADERSHIP TEAMS. 8.1 District Leadership Team (DLT) In the interest of fostering a positive relationship, and in an effort to be proactive and collaborative in nature and function, the parties agree to establish a District Leadership Team (DLT). The DLT is to consist of representatives of the WWEA, Administration, and the Board. Legal counsel to the District, the IEA UniServ Director, and any others as deemed appropriate, including parents, shall serve as resource persons when the topic for discussion warrants it. The DLT shall discuss matters of mutual concern, work to resolve issues, and may make recommendations to the Board of Education and the Association that modify the Negotiated Agreement or past practice. The DLT is expected to anticipate District needs and respond to concerns. The DLT will make decisions with respect to the scope of collaboration, provide an open forum for building and District issues, give direction and guidelines to building leadership teams, and secure the resources necessary to accomplish this purpose. It is the intention of this section of the Agreement to empower the DLT to help increase the quality of decision making, increase staff participation in decisions, improve the education and achievement of students, xxxxxx a mutual respect, and empower Teachers around decisions affecting their work environment.

Each Vehicle can contain a maximum of three Team Members, provided such Team Members have entered into a Team Entry Agreement with the Company or have otherwise agreed in writing to participate in the Event upon and subject to the Terms of Entry and the Event Rules. For the avoidance of doubt, it is the sole responsibility of each Team to inform themselves of the maximum numbers of persons legally permitted to travel in the Vehicle under Relevant Law. Vehicles: Rickshaws The Company shall provide each Team with the contact details of the Approved Hirer who will be able to provide each Team with a Vehicle for use in the Event, subject to the Team entering into an agreement (the “Borrowing Agreementâ€) with the Hirer outlining the terms of use of the Vehicle. Should the Vehicle not be delivered to the Designated Finish Point up to 3 days after the date of the official Finish Line Party, then the team will be liable for either the cost to retrieve the Vehicle and/or the "Hire Costs" beyond this date. Each Vehicle will be of a similar specification to that outlined in Schedule 4 to the Team Entry Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Approved Hirer or of the Vehicle for participation in the Event and any rights or warranties which a Team may have or be granted in relation to the Vehicle shall be limited to those contained in the Rental Agreement or implied by any Relevant Law.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.

  • TRANSITION COMMITTEE 8.1.0 A transition committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, will be established by January 31, 2016 to address all matters that may arise in the creation of the Trust.

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.

  • Team Leader In each of the categories described above, a Team Leader, besides knowing all of the specialization and orientation of their category, must have proved certifiable, technical expertise and aptitude, show leadership capabilities in management, coordination, training and work team skills. On the basis of the aforesaid attributes, a person can be promoted to a higher position within the same category and shall be known as Team Leader. The Team Leader will have the necessary knowledge and responsibility for the product, equipment, processes and their quality, Health and Safety Practices, verification of the availability of the necessary inputs and tools, and deviation and follow-up analysis. The Company will select Team Leaders in accordance with Article 14.2 (c). The Team Leader will have authority to direct workers both inside and outside of the bargaining unit.
