Leadership Development Program. 276. The City agrees to fund, develop, and implement a leadership development program for City managers. In addition to the resources allocated to the program by DHR, $75,000 will be provided by DHR to augment the program with professional coaching, specialized seminars and joint initiatives. The parties will meet annually to review and evaluate the program.

Leadership Development Program. In response to the MEEA Proposal for a Five Star Leadership Program, the administration will prepare a recommendation for a multi-year leadership development program to be presented to Mutual Concerns for MEEA and Board approval. The program shall be designed to provide teacher leadership growth opportunities and provide administrative mentoring support to up to two teachers per school. The administration will develop eligibility criteria and a selection process. Teachers selected to participate in the program will receive a stipend of $500 per year.
Leadership Development Program. Section 1. This Article describes conditions and compensation for members who participate in the SEIU Leadership Development Program. Leadership Development participants shall have rights and privileges outlined in this Agreement pertaining to wages, benefits and working conditions but not direct representation (such as LMC, grievance procedure, etc). The program includes strong hands-on and classroom components, as well as a clear plan for follow-up and on-going development after members return to their jobs.
