Leadership Committee. Each of the aviation industry activities organized by SAE ITC has an associated leadership committee constituted of voting committee members and non-voting committee members. Members are eligible to vote for companies to serve on the leadership committee and are eligible to be elected to the leadership committees of the industry activities of which they are a member in accordance with the rules of that particular activity. The leadership committees for these activities are responsible for leading each industry activity including the development of the work program to be pursued and planning for the international meetings conducted by the AEEC and AMC.
Leadership Committee. The Leadership Committee shall work to address the development of a proposed equitable formula, based on objective criteria, for the distribution of all Leadership Funds allocated by the District through the State's Leadership Allocation. The composition and activities of the Leadership Committee shall be consistent with the provisions of section 33-1004J, Idaho Code, and shall also include other district stakeholders as mandated by such provision.

The School will form a Leadership Committee consisting of Faculty members, School administrators, parents, and students to xxxxxx and develop a successful, high achieving climate at the school. The Leadership Committee shall meet no less than once a month during the school year to consider major policy issues facing the School.

Leadership Committee. There shall be a management committee (“Leadership Committee”), consisting of Partners (including the CEO) appointed by the CEO (each of whom shall be appointed for an indefinite term and who may be removed from such position at any time by the CEO). The Leadership Committee is a committee of the Partners constituted for day to day operational matters of the Company and may take any action within its authority for the Company and any of the Affiliates as it relates to such matters. The CEO may also establish ad-hoc committees or working groups of senior management employees to further advise the CEO, Executive Committee and Leadership Committee regarding Company affairs. The composition and duties of any such groups shall be at the discretion of the CEO.
Leadership Committee. In accordance with Idaho Code, District 91 will form a committee to identify leadership priorities. The committee shall include three (3) members assigned by the Representative Organization President.
Leadership Committee. The Consortium will be governed by a committee comprised of one faculty representative selected by each institution's Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA) and chaired by a VPAA from one of the Consortium Institutions. The VPAAs from the Consortium Institutions will chair the Leadership Committee on a rotating basis, with the appointment to be determined by the UMS Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs. Additional members may be added to the Leadership Committee on an as needed basis.
Leadership Committee. The Leadership Committee will make use of school wide goals, benchmarks, mission/vison and campus improvement plan and other data points for the purpose of strategic planning and monitoring with the goal of ensuring college and career readiness and high expectations for all students. The committee will be made up of the Principal and at least 7 members no more than 10 representing IHSCA faculty and staff. Membership is voluntary.
