Lead Programme Agency. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry (MAFI), in its capacity as Lead Programme Agency, shall have overall responsibility for the implementation of the Programme.
Lead Programme Agency. The Borrower shall act through the PPC of the Ha Xxxxx province who shall be responsible for the execution of the Programme.
Lead Programme Agency. The lead agency for Programme implementation shall be the MoFEPD. The Programme will be housed in the Pensions and Financial Sector Policy Division (PFSPD).
Lead Programme Agency. The Lead Programme Agency shall be the General Directorate for Agrarian Reform (GDAR) in the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock (MFAL) which will have the overall responsibility for the Programme management and implementation and for providing the overall policy guidance and oversight.
Lead Programme Agency. The MoAF will be the Lead Programme Agency.
Lead Programme Agency. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry (MAFI), in its capacity as Lead Programme Agency, shall have overall responsibility for the implementation of the Programme. The IFAD Programme Steering Committee (the "IPSC"). The IPSC has been established by Government decree and is responsible for providing overall policy, other guidance and oversight for all IFAD-financed projects and programmes in the Borrower/Recipient. The IPSC will have the same responsibility and function with respect to the Programme.
Lead Programme Agency. The LPA shall be MAFFS, with overall responsibility for the implementation of the Programme. MAFFS shall delegate the functional and day-to- day implementation and coordination responsibilities for the overall Programme to the on-going NCU, responsible for the implementation of all IFAD-financed projects/programmes.
Lead Programme Agency. The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (MAF), in its capacity as the Lead Programme Agency, through its Department of Planning and Cooperation, shall have the overall responsibility for implementation of the Programme. MAF, through its Department of Livestock and Fisheries, shall delegate assigned responsibilities to provincial and district administrations and to the National Programme Management Office (NPMO) based in Vientiane.
Lead Programme Agency. The Agriculture Development Bank Ltd. (“ADBL”), or any legal successor authorised by the Borrower, shall be the LPA. The LPA will be responsible for the component 1 and 2 and MoLMAC, State 5 will be responsible for component 3.
Lead Programme Agency. In its capacity as the Lead Programme Agency, the MoF shall have overall responsibility for Programme implementation.
