Lead Based Paint Hazards. The replacement of residential structures is subject to the HUD Lead-Based Paint regulations, 24 C.F.R. Part 35. Contractor and its Subcontractors shall comply with the provisions for the elimination and reduction of lead-based paint hazards under Subpart B of said regulations.

Lead Based Paint Hazards. Activity(ies) performed with assistance provided under this Agreement are subject to lead-based paint hazard regulations contained in Title 8 (Industrial Relations) and Title 17 (Public Health) of the CCR and 24 CFR, Part 35 (Lead Disclosure). Any grants or loans made by the Grantee with assistance provided under this Agreement shall be made subject to the provisions for the elimination or mitigation of lead-based paint hazards under these regulations. The Grantee shall be responsible for the notifications, inspections, and clearance certifications required under these regulations.

Lead Based Paint Hazards. Every purchaser of any interest in residential real property on which a residential dwelling was built prior to 1978 is notified that such property may present exposure to lead from lead-based paint that may place young children at risk of developing lead poisoning. Lead poisoning in young children may produce permanent neurological damage, including learning disabilities, reduced intelligence quotient, behavioral problems, and impaired memory. Lead poisoning also poses a particular risk to pregnant women. The seller of any interest in residential real property is required to provide the buyer with any information on lead-based paint hazards. Lead Based Paint Hazards. If your contract is for acquisition or rehabilitation of residential structures, you must comply with HUD's Lead-Based Paint regulations. See Chapter 3 and 16 for additional information about Lead-Based Paint.
Lead Based Paint Hazards. The assistance provided under this Agreement is subject to the Lead-Based Paint Poisoning Prevention Act (42 USC 4821 -4845), the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act of 1992 (42 USC 4851 - 4856).
