LEAD AIRCRAFT TECHNICIAN a. A Lead Aircraft Technician will be a Technician who, as a working member of a group, is charged with the responsibility of leading, directing, instructing, on-the-job training and approving the work of his assigned group. Lead Aircraft Technicians may be required to sign for their own work and the work of others in their group, provided, however, that such signing will not relieve any other member of his group of license requirements and legal responsibility for the work he has performed or from being required to complete and/or sign appropriate Company work records. Lead Aircraft Technicians must be capable of performing the duties described above in connection with the work assigned, and must hold valid Federal licenses as required by Federal Law for their assignment.

LEAD AIRCRAFT TECHNICIAN. The work of a Lead Aircraft Technician shall be the same as that of an Aircraft Technician and in addition a Lead Aircraft Technician, as a working member of a group, will be required to lead and direct the work of other employees of the Aircraft Technician or lower classifications. Where required, he must hold appropriate licenses or certificates issued by the appropriate Israel authority and must have served a minimum of twelve (12) months as an Aircraft Technician. Lead Aircraft Technicians will not normally be required to perform office, clerical or accounting work in connection with their duty as a working leader. However, they will be required to utilize appropriate technical documents and amend technical manuals as required in connection with their duties.

  • Equipment and Materials Contractor at its sole cost and expense shall provide and furnish all tools, labor, materials, equipment, transportation services and any other items (collectively, "Equipment") which are required or necessary to perform the Services in a manner which is consistent with generally accepted standards of the profession for similar services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, District shall not be responsible for any damages to persons or property as a result of the use, misuse or failure of any Equipment used by Contractor of the Contracted Parties, even if such Equipment is furnished, rented or loaned to Contractor or the Contracted Parties by District. Furthermore, any Equipment or workmanship that does not conform to the regulations of this Agreement may be rejected by District and in such case must be promptly remedied or replaced by Contractor at no additional cost to District and subject to District’s reasonable satisfaction.

  • Contractor’s Equipment Payment for required equipment owned by the Construction Manager or an affiliate of the Construction Manager will be based solely on an hourly rate derived by dividing the current appropriate monthly rate by 176 hours. No payment will be made under any circumstances for repair costs, freight and transportation charges, fuel, lubricants, insurance, any other costs and expenses, or overhead and profit. Payment for such equipment made idle by delays attributable to the Government will be based on one-half the derived hourly rate under this subsection.
