Lead Agency Responsibilities. A. Pre-Application Coordination: The Lead Agency will notify Participating Agencies of proposed Qualifying Projects in a timely manner and facilitate a pre- application meeting for prospective applicants and relevant federal and state agencies and Tribes to communicate key issues of concern; explain applicable processes; outline the data requirements and applicant submissions necessary to complete the required Federal Agency Reviews in a timely manner; and establish schedules. Upon the request of the applicant, the Lead Agency will coordinate with Participating Agencies and will provide appropriate follow-up information to the applicant within 60 days of the meeting.

Lead Agency Responsibilities. 1. As recognized in this MOA, the navigational dredging projects that comprise the Enhancement Work will be implemented by the NBHDC, under the supervision of MassDEP. The NBHDC will procure the project contractor(s) and retain an independent contractor to conduct daily oversight of the Work and to assist the NBHDC in the management and oversight of the Work. Accordingly, the NBHDC will be responsible for preparing a Statement of Work (“SOW”) and a draft Workplan for each project, subject to MassDEP’s review and approval. Upon its approval of such documents, MassDEP will, in turn, submit them to EPA to make the “consistency determinations” specified below.

Lead Agency Responsibilities. A. SANTA XXX shall manage the Joint Study for the Cities of SANTA XXX and COSTA MESA. SANTA XXX shall act as the “Lead Agency” for the Go Local Step 1 work for both SANTA XXX and COSTA MESA. A copy of this Agreement shall be mailed to OCTA within ten (10) days after this Agreement has been executed, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Cooperative Agreement.

Contact information, including business phone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses and business addresses will be exchanged between all three parties. Any change in status of the primary or secondary individual, or any change of the contact information, will be updated and exchanged between all three parties. Eviction prevention is one of the objectives of the communication plan and all parties should collaboratively identify and work together to find resolutions when possible to avoid eviction when concerns or issues arise that could result in the loss of housing for the supportive housing tenant.
