Leachate Pay. Employees working in the Fleet Section shall receive a premium of THREE DOLLARS AND TWENTY–FIVE CENTS ($3.25) per hour for each hour working on the area behind the cab of a garbage packer.

Leachate Pay. Employees working in the Fleet Section shall receive a premium of THREE DOLLARS AND TWENTY–FIVE CENTS ($3.25) per hour for each hour working on a garbage packer. Effective July 16th, 2019, the Leachate Premium will increase to THREE DOLLARS AND THIRTY-ONE CENTS ($3.31) per hour. Effective April 1st, 2020, the Leachate Premium will increase to THREE DOLLARS AND THIRTY-SEVEN CENTS ($3.37) per hour. Effective April 1st, 2021, the Leachate Premium will increase to THREE DOLLARS AND FORTY-TWO CENTS ($3.42) per hour. Effective April 1st, 2022, the Leachate Premium will increase to THREE DOLLARS AND FORTY-SEVEN CENTS ($3.47) per hour.

  • Public Benefit It is Xxxxxxx Xxxxx’x understanding that the commitments it has agreed to herein, and actions to be taken by Xxxxxxx Xxxxx under this Settlement Agreement, would confer a significant benefit to the general public, as set forth in Code of Civil Procedure § 1021.5 and Cal. Admin. Code tit. 11, § 3201. As such, it is the intent of Xxxxxxx Xxxxx that to the extent any other private party initiates an action alleging a violation of Proposition 65 with respect to Xxxxxxx Xxxxx failure to provide a warning concerning exposure to DEHP prior to use of the Products it has manufactured, distributed, sold, or offered for sale in California, or will manufacture, distribute, sell, or offer for sale in California, such private party action would not confer a significant benefit on the general public as to those Products addressed in this Settlement Agreement, provided that Xxxxxxx Xxxxx is in material compliance with this Settlement Agreement.

  • Child or Elder Care Emergencies Leave without pay, compensatory time or paid leave may be granted for child or elder care emergencies.

  • Health Spending Account contributions by the Executive will cease on the Effective Date. The Executive may submit claims against the balance accrued to the Effective Date, until the end of the calendar year in which the Effective Date occurs.

  • Dependent Care Salary Reduction Plan The Employer agrees to maintain the current dependent care salary reduction plan that allows eligible employees, covered by this Agreement, the option to participate in a dependent care reimbursement program for work-related dependent care expenses on a pretax basis as permitted by federal tax law or regulation.

  • Employee Contribution Eligible employees shall contribute one percent (1%) of their salary on a per pay period basis to the HCSP.
