Common use of Lawsuits and Claims Clause in Contracts

Lawsuits and Claims. There is no action, suit, proceeding, claim or investigation by any person, entity, administrative agency or governmental body pending or, to the best of its knowledge, threatened, against Seller before any governmental authority that impedes or is likely to impede Seller=s ability to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement except as otherwise set forth in Exhibit H attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes.
