Common use of LAWS AND COURTS Clause in Contracts

LAWS AND COURTS. This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Each party irrevocably agrees to attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia, with respect to any legal proceedings arising herefrom.
