Lawful Uses. Licensee agrees to use the Licensed Fibers only for lawful purposes. The transmission of any material in violation of any federal, state, or local laws or regulations is prohibited.
Lawful Uses a. Customer agrees to use City's network only for lawful purposes. The transmission of any material in violation of any federal, state, or local laws or regulations is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material, threatening or obscene material, material protected by trade secret, or material that is otherwise deemed by City to be inappropriate or improper, such as bulk e-mail messages.
Lawful Uses. The parties agree that nothing in this Agreement shall limit the rights of Participating Institutions, Authorized Users or others to make otherwise lawful uses of the licensed Materials, including uses authorized by §§107-122 of the U.S. Copyright Act, the Copyright Act of Canada, or other applicable laws in the location of the Participating Institution relating to accessibility to ensure that the Licensed Materials are accessible to all Authorized Users.
Lawful Uses. The Tenant agrees that neither the Leased Premises nor ----------- any part thereof shall be used for any purpose in violation of the laws of the United States, of the State of Tennessee, of the County of Shelby, or of any other governmental body having jurisdiction, and agrees to hold the Lessor harmless from any violation of said laws and ordinances.

No nuisance will be permitted on or about the demised premises; nothing shall be done upon or about the demised premises which shall be unlawful, improper, noisy or offensive, or contrary to any law, ordinance, regulation or requirement of any public authority or insurance inspection or rating bureau or similar organization having jurisdiction, or which may be injurious to or adversely affect the quality or tone of the demised premises. Tenant will procure all licenses and permits which may be required for any use made of the demised premises, or before making any alterations, additions or improvements (provided Tenant has first secured the written approval of Landlord) which require municipal approval, and any required minor site plan modifications, variances and the like, all at Tenant's sole cost and expense. Landlord will not unreasonably withhold its consent to such applications.
Lawful Uses. Tenant will maintain the Premises in a clean and ----------- healthful condition; and comply with all laws, ordinances, orders, rules, and regulations (state, federal, municipal and other agencies or bodies having any jurisdiction thereof) with reference to use, conditions, or occupancy of the Premises.
