Lawful Purpose and Use. Licensee’s Communications Facilities must at all times serve a lawful purpose, and the use of such facilities must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The use of Attachments for any illegal or unauthorized purpose shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.

This Agreement shall in no way limit or waive either party’s present or future rights under applicable law. If, after the date of this Agreement, the rights or obligations of either Party are materially preempted or superseded by changes in applicable law, the parties agree to amend the Agreement to reflect such change.
