Law that Applies. This Agreement, and all matters arising out of the issuance and use of your Card, Card Number, Convenience Checks, and Account Number, shall be governed by federal law and the laws of the State of New Mexico. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, all valid provisions remain in effect.
