LAW; JURY WAIVER. The section is amended to state in its entirety: “This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the state of Oklahoma. You consent to jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal court located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. For any action arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Equipment, BOTH PARTIES WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO A TRIAL BY JURY.” It is expressly agreed by the parties that this Addendum is supplemental to the Agreement which is by reference made a part hereof and all the terms and conditions and provisions thereof, unless specifically modified herein, are to apply to this Addendum and are made a part of this Addendum as though they were expressly rewritten. In the event of any conflict, inconsistency or incongruity between the provisions of this Addendum and any of the provisions of the Agreement, the provisions of this Addendum shall in all respects govern and control.

  • Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Venue; No Waiver of Jury Trial This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Vermont. Any action or proceeding brought by either the State or the Party in connection with this Agreement shall be brought and enforced in the Superior Court of the State of Vermont, Civil Division, Washington Unit.   • Governing Law and Venue This Contract has been negotiated and executed in the state of California and shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of California. In the event of any legal action to enforce or interpret this Contract, the sole and exclusive venue shall be a court of competent jurisdiction located in Orange County, California, and the parties hereto agree to and do hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such court, notwithstanding Code of Civil Procedure Section 394.
