Law Enforcement Agency Grant Restriction. The Supreme Court will take necessary steps to ensure that if the recipients and subrecipients of grant funds under this contract are a law enforcement agency regulated by Chapter 1701 of the Texas Occupations Code, that the recipients and subrecipients will represent and warrant that they will not use appropriated money unless the law enforcement agency is in compliance with all rules adopted by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE), or TCOLE certifies that it is in the process of achieving compliance with such rules.

You may use the Service only for your internal business purposes and shall not: (i) send spam or otherwise duplicative or unsolicited messages in violation of applicable laws; (ii) send or store infringing, obscene, threatening, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material, including material harmful to children or violative of third party privacy rights; (iii) send or store material containing software viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful computer code, files, scripts, agents or programs; (iv) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein; or (v) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks. Certain editions of the Service offer integration capabilities via an application programming interface, or API. The number of API calls you can make per account is limited as follows (excluding calls resulting from use of xxxxxxxxxx.xxx client applications, such as Offline Edition, and salesforce.com-certified AppExchange applications): - Enterprise Edition (and Professional Edition with API access add-on): 1,000 calls/day/User (aggregated over all Users under the account), up to an aggregate maximum of 1,000,000 calls/day/account.
