LAW & COURTS. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, and federal laws of Canada applicable hereto, without reference to the choice of law principles thereof. Each of the Parties irrevocably and unconditionally waives any right it may have to a trial by jury in respect of any litigation arising out of or relating to this Agreement and under no circumstances shall any relief or remedy awarded by a trial by jury be enforceable against any Party.
