LAUNDRY ROOMS. Laundry rooms are provided in Assisted Living for the Residents' use. They contain washers, dryers, ironing boards, and storage cabinets for supplies.

LAUNDRY ROOMS. The use of the washing machines and dryers shall be subject to any operating rules, regulations or notices posted or provided by LANDLORD and no laundry shall be hung in, around or about any portion of the Premises. Water lines to the washer, when possible, shall be shut off when the washer is not in use.

LAUNDRY ROOMS a. Each MILE property will be provided with a key to one laundry facility after the beginning of the semester. One tenant of the Property will sign for it in the Office of Housing & Residence Life. This key must be returned at the end of the academic year. If it is not returned, the person responsible for the key will be charged $25 for the key replacement.

LAUNDRY ROOMS a. Laundry facilities are for the exclusive use of Residents. b. Landlord assumes no responsibility in the use of the laundry equipment. c. Laundry room rules and hours of operation are posted in the laundry room. d. Dispose of all trash in the proper receptacles. No household trash may be dumped in the laundry rooms. Please remove lint from the machines before and after each use.

LAUNDRY ROOMS. Laundry Rooms are located in Building #1 and Building #4, and are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Cards for use in the washers and driers are provided free of charge to purchasers at their closing. Additional cards can be purchased from the machines in the Laundry Rooms.

Tenants do live in apartments with bedrooms directly above the laundry rooms and the normal noises of laundry tend to keep people awake at night. Please take this into consideration. Also, please be prompt in removing your laundry from the washers and dryers, as C. Be careful of the condition and type of items that you put into the washers and dryers. Please be cautious that there is not kitty litter (if and only if you are a tenant with a cat agreement and extra fees etc.) in rugs etc. that you wash.

LAUNDRY ROOMS. 4.6.1. All laundry rooms shall be maintained to a “B” standard and kept clean, tidy, mopped, swept, dust and cob-web free, left smelling pleasant and fresh at all times. This general description is intended to include the following items/areas:-  floors  handles, fittings, toilet seats and covers, surfaces and pipes  all sinks, taps and draining boards, basins and fittings  surfaces of all machines in laundry room are to be cleaned and any filters to washing machines or driers emptied  any condensing water in laundry equipment to be emptied at every visit..  all tiled surfaces  all waste bins will be emptied and the dirty bin liner replaced (two spare liners to be provided) 4.6.2. Particular attention should be paid to ensuring that the soap or detergent container for washing machines etc. is cleaned out and working properly on every visit. 4.6.3. Any rooms used for storage of mobility scooters, wheelchairs or similar are to be swept and mopped and disinfected. 4.6.4. Any other storage rooms used within the scheme are to be swept, mopped and kept in a clean safe condition. 4.6.5. Given the nature of these type of units The Contractor will display in prominent positions appropriate signs warning site users of the hazards associated with the operations being performed in addition to any other Health & Safety measures The Contractor or PA Housing deems necessary.

LAUNDRY ROOMS. Laundry room hours are posted in each laundry room. The laundry facilities may only be used by tenants and authorized unit residents. You are responsible for cleaning out the washer and the lint trap after every use. Do not leave your belongings unattended. Report any problems with machines to Coinamatic at ▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ to ensure prompt repair. If you can, place a note on the machine that is not working that reads “Not in Service”. Leave the laundry room clean after you use it.
