Launch Site. The selected Contractor shall provide a scope of work to assist the Town in identifying a suitable launch site within the Town of Erie. The contractor is to verify that the site will be suitable for launching and coordinate with Mountain View Fire Rescue. The Contractor may at their own discretion close access to the area 12 hours before the show. If Contractor chooses to close any trail and road access, methods, means and notification must be approved by the Town’s designee. Contractor is responsible for providing all equipment, labor and material necessary for closing trails/roads. If necessary, an approved traffic control plan shall be provided to the Town’s designee at least (30) days prior to the event.

State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • Product Support a. In the event that any goods delivered under this contract become defective or malfunction for any reason and at any time (even after the applicable warranty period has expired), including while “in-orbit” if integrated into a satellite, Seller shall promptly perform a failure verification or analysis and determine the appropriate corrective action at no additional cost to Buyer.   • Development Work The Support Standards do not include development work either (i) on software not licensed from CentralSquare or (ii) development work for enhancements or features that are outside the documented functionality of the Solutions, except such work as may be specifically purchased and outlined in Exhibit 1. CentralSquare retains all Intellectual Property Rights in development work performed and Customer may request consulting and development work from CentralSquare as a separate billable service.

  • Delivery Location All Goods shall be delivered to the address specified in this Order (the "Delivery Location") during Buyer's normal business hours or as otherwise instructed by Buyer.
