Billing Increments Unless otherwise stated in a Service Order, usage-based charges will be billed on either a per-minute or per- message basis. Service calls invoiced on a per-minute basis will have an initial minimum call duration of one (1) minute, subsequent intervals of one (1) minute each, and will be billed by rounding to the next whole minute.
Full Season Packages In order to reserve the Site for the entire season, CLIENT must pay to TAILGATE GUYS fifty percent (50%) of the Package Price immediately. If payment is not made within seven (7) days of the Effective Date, CLIENT may not be able to reserve the Site. The balance of the Package Price shall be due on the July 1 preceding the applicable football season. Fast Food Outlets This proposal does not seek to interfere with the existing Fast Food Agreement.

Check Meters Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.
