Late Pick-Up Fees. I agree to pay a late fee of $1/minute, if I arrive after 6:00 p.m. to pick up my child. Late pick up fees must be paid to the NPESC office within three business days.
Late Pick-Up Fees. Initial Our programs end at 12:00, 2:30 & 6:00. At these times, children are to be picked up. Depending on your child’s schedule you will be charged $10 at 5 minutes past pick-up time. After that, an additional $1 per minute will be applied to your statement. Example: Families must leave the property before 6:05 to avoid charges.
Late Pick-Up Fees. Parents of children left after closing time (1800 hrs.) will be assessed a late pick-up charge of $1.00 per child per minute after closing time. The program will notify the sponsor’s supervisor to pick up the child if the child has not been picked up within a reasonable amount of time or if the parent/emergency contact cannot be reached by phone. After one hour, 1SOS Security Forces Squadron will be notified to pick-up the child. The program reserves the right to suspend services to those parents who are continually late picking up their children.
Late Pick-Up Fees. Each day Child is picked up at Center later than 5:00PM (“Closing Time”), Parent shall be assessed a fee of $15 for each fifteen (15) minutes or portion thereof, after such Closing Time (“Late Pick-up Fee”). Parent shall pay Center the Late Pick-Up Fee on the day the Late Pick-Up Fee is assessed against Parent. If late pick-ups are habitual, the Center is likely to terminate Child’s enrollment at Center in accordance with Section 8 of this Agreement.
Late Pick-Up Fees. Pick-ups that occur after 6:30pm will incur a late charge of $1.00 per minute. • Late fees are to be paid directly to the staff in cash at the time of pickup. If not, it will be added to tuition and fees.
Late Pick-Up Fees. All children must be picked up from program by 6:00 PM. Pick up after 6:00 Initial PM will result in a $24 per hour fee, charged in 15 minute increments. ($6 for each 15 minute increment.) Excessive late pickups may result in dismissal from the program.

Late pick up of children after 5:30 pm will be charged $1 for every one minute after 5:30 pm, per child. Returned Checks or Declined Debit Card: A fee of $25 will be assessed for each returned check. More than three returned checks will place the account on a cash, debit/charge card or money order basis.
Late Pick-Up Fees. EXCEL closes promptly at 6:00 p.m. A flat rate of $50 will be charged to those picking up students after 6:00 p.m. in addition to a $5.00 per minute fee beginning at 6:05 pm. Families who are consistently late picking up their student(s) will be asked to make other child care arrangements.
Late Pick-Up Fees. The nursery has Ofsted registration until 6.00pm each evening. It is highly recommended that you arrive at least 10 minutes earlier than this to give you and your child time to get ready for leaving by 6.00pm. This will also allow you some time to discuss your child’s day with their key worker. Beanstalk staff on the late shift are only paid until 6.00pm and failure to inform us of a late pick up may result in the emergency carer being contacted. You will also incur a late pick up fee of £1.00 per minute and you will be required to sign a late form detailing the actual time of leaving the nursery. This amount then will be added to your monthly invoice. This will also apply to Care 2 Learn funded places and this will be invoiced to you separately. Continual lateness may put your nursery place at risk. If we are unable to contact you within 1 hour of arranged collection time it will trigger our emergency policy on uncollected children which may result in Social Services being contacted.

If you are late, the following late fees will apply and will be added to your next invoice. 11-20 minutes - $30.00 21-30 minutes - $45.00 31-60 minutes - $50.00 If a child has not been picked up at their scheduled time, the Director will reach out to the parent/guardian. If unreachable, the Director will call one of the emergency contacts. If all emergency contacts are not reachable and the child has not been picked up within one hour from closing time, the Director will notify the Department of Social Services and the Department of Welfare or contact child protective services. Withdrawal from the Program A two weeks’ written notice is required prior to your child’s last day (regardless of reason for leaving). Your written notice must be signed by the Director. If a two weeks’ notice is not given, a charge equal to two weeks’ tuition, beyond the notified withdrawal date, will be added to your account.
