Late Pick Up. Parents/Guardians must pick up their children at or before the scheduled ending time of their registered program. There is a late charge fee of $10.00 for the first 15 minutes of tardiness and $10.00 per every 10 minutes thereafter. Holidays: Centre will be closed during statutory holiday. Statutory Holiday are charged in full except for any hours attested as 20 Hours ECE. You are entitled to 3 weeks annual leave at a reduced rate of 50% off your normal fee during the year. You need to ensure the Centre is notified in writing 3 week prior to your leave date. Failure to do so will result in full fees being charged to your account.
Late Pick Up. If you will be late picking up your child, you must call the Center to inform the staff. If you do not contact the center by 6pm (6:30pm at the Abington Gerstadt Center), the Emergency Contact List of persons to whom your child can be released will be called. If y 6:30pm (7pm at the Abington Gerstadt Center) we are unable to reach you or your Emergency Contacts, the local police department will be notified. You will be charged $10 for each 5 minutes (or portion of 5 minutes) that you are late. Late fee payments are due in your next tuition payment. Frequent late pick- ups (3 or more in one-month period) may result in termination from the program. Extra Hours If you require extra time beyond your regular schedule, you will be billed on a non-contracted hourly basis. Any portion of an hour ill be billed as one full hour and the time should be approved by the Director. For example, if you are scheduled from 9:00am-12pm and you stay until 12:30pm, you will be billed for the full hour up until 1:00pm. Subsidized children ay not attend more ours than approved by ELRC. Late Pick Up. Extended Day ends at 6 pm. We ask that everyone respect our staff’s time and pick up their children before 6 pm. WIth this in mind, there is a $3 per minute charge after 6 pm. After three late pick-ups, the child will be withdrawn from the Extended Day Program and families will need to make other arrangements.
Late Pick Up. I understand each Young Wonders Program has a designated closing time due to DCFS regulations. If my child is not picked up by closing time, I will be responsible for paying $5.00 per minute after closing time. I understand the late charge will automatically be billed to my account.

The nursery reserves the right to charge a fixed fee of £4 for any late pick ups. KAA- After school club collection time is 4pm. The school reserves the right to charge a fixed fee of £2 for any late pick up.
