Common use of Late Payment Fee Clause in Contracts

Late Payment Fee. We will charge you a late fee any time a required minimum payment is not paid in full on or before the date it is due. The amount of this late fee will be the lesser of (a) $25.00, or (b) the amount of the required minimum payment which was due immediately prior to the assessment of this fee.
