Late Enrollees; Special Enrollment Events. Eligible Subscribers or Dependents initially or newly eligible for enrollment who do not enroll within thirty-one (31) days after eligibility are late enrollees and may only be enrolled during a subsequent Group Open Enrollment Period. An eligible Subscriber or Dependent is not a late enrollee in the following situations:

  • Employees - Special Eligibility The following employees are also eligible to participate in the Group Insurance Program:

  • CONDITIONS FOR EMERGENCY/HURRICANE OR DISASTER - TERM CONTRACTS It is hereby made a part of this Invitation for Bids that before, during and after a public emergency, disaster, hurricane, flood, or other acts of God that Orange County shall require a “first priority” basis for goods and services. It is vital and imperative that the majority of citizens are protected from any emergency situation which threatens public health and safety, as determined by the County. Contractor agrees to rent/sell/lease all goods and services to the County or other governmental entities as opposed to a private citizen, on a first priority basis. The County expects to pay contractual prices for all goods or services required during an emergency situation. Contractor shall furnish a twenty-four (24) hour phone number in the event of such an emergency.

  • Effective Date of Benefit Termination Medical, dental and life coverage termination will take effect on the first of the month following the loss of eligible employee or dependent status. Disability benefit coverage terminations will take effect on the day following loss of eligible employee status.
