Common use of LATE ENROLLEE Clause in Contracts

LATE ENROLLEE. If an Eligible Dependent does not enroll during the applicable initial enrollment period described in Paragraph E. of this section, the Eligible Dependent is a Late Enrollee. A Late Enrollee may enroll only during the next scheduled Open Enrollment Period.

LATE ENROLLEE. If an Eligible Employee or an Eligible Dependent does not enroll during the applicable initial enrollment period described in Paragraph E. D. of this section, the Eligible Employee or Eligible Dependent is a Late Enrollee. A Late Enrollee may enroll only during the next scheduled Open Enrollment Period.
