Late Departure. To request a late departure, I must submit a late departure request to the Resident/Complex Director. If my request is approved, I will be assessed an additional daily fee for the duration of my extended stay, per the rates published on the Housing website.
Late Departure. I may request a Contract Extension to permit late departure to participate in University-related groups or functions. If approved by DRL staff in writing, an occupancy fee of $35 per night will be assessed. If I fail to make such a request and stay beyond my move-out date, I will be assessed an unauthorized occupancy fee of $50 per night.
Late Departure. All Yale Housing contracts have an expiration date. Staying in the housing beyond this date is not permitted. Departure after the end date without permission will be subject to a daily fine, which is assessed to the student’s SFAS account.

Late Departure. The insurance will cover reasonable and necessary additional costs incurred as a result of a delay in departure, up to the maximum amount of cover specified in point 5. The insur- ance cover applies if the insured person is involuntarily and unexpectedly late for a journey by public transport or for a journey organised by a tour operator in accordance with the insured person’s travel documents and the insured person is obliged to adhere to the timetable of the original travel plan. If the insured person uses his/her own means of transport to reach the departure terminal, compensation will only be paid if the insured person has had an accident requiring the assis- tance of a service provider.

Late Departure. The Renting Party is responsible for ensuring that all guests, caterers and vendors have departed The Inn before the Renting Party departs. A late departure will be subject to a late departure fee of $200/hr, billed in 30-minute increments. Late departure fees will be deducted from the Security Deposit. Additionally, the Renting Party may be subject to other costs or damages caused by or resulting from the Renting Party's late departure.
