Late Checkout. Residents who receive an approved Room Transfer and have not transferred into the new Room on or before the deadline will be charged a $35 late Checkout fee.

Late Checkout. Renter agrees to checking out prior to end time of rental. Renter agrees to deduction of fees based on the following: 5 - 15 minutes past check out $25.00 16 - 30 minutes past check out: $50.00 31 – 45 minutes past check out $75.00 45 - 60 minutes past check out $100.00 After 60 minutes Full security deposit and potentially forfeits future rentals.
Late Checkout. Normal check out time is 10am. Late checkout can be arranged, but is subject to availability. If the apartment is booked for another guest the day of your checkout, a late checkout will not be available. If you require late checkout, we can happily provide this if the apartment is available. We usually cannot foresee whether the apartment is available for a late check-out until 48 hours before the day, please do not contact us for this request before this time. A late check-out (if available) can be allowed free of charge until 11am. A charge of $50 per hour applies from 11am up until 2pm, from 2pm you will be charged a one-night fee.

Late Checkout. ‌ Timely checkouts are greatly appreciated. When the room is kept beyond the agreed leased time period, the cleaning deposit will be forfeited and other charges will be applied. Community Room use is limited to the Community Room, kitchenette, and public restrooms. Other areas of the Library are not included in rental agreements. All persons on Library property are subject to Library policies at all times. Children attending an event in the Community Room must be directly supervised by responsible adult caregivers for the duration of the event. Excessive noise may disturb other library visitors and is a violation of the Code of Conduct Policy. It is recommended to keep the doors to the Community Room closed to reduce noise during events. Alcohol use is not permitted. Smoking is only permitted outside and must comply with Michigan’s Smoke-Free Air Law. Soliciting library patrons to participate in activities is not allowed. However, posting a promotional flyer that complies with the Library’s Brochure Room policy is permitted. Directional signage is also permitted as long as signage does not impede library traffic or violate ‘no solicitation’ rules. Sales of items may be allowed only with advance permission of the Library administration. (Initials of Renter) The Library’s Emergency Closing Policy applies to Community Room rentals. When the Library closes due to inclement weather or other emergency, rental fees and deposits will be refunded.

  • Late Charges Lessee hereby acknowledges that late payment by Lessee to Lessor of rent and other sums due hereunder will cause Lessor to incur costs not contemplated by this Lease, the exact amount of which will be extremely difficult to ascertain. Such costs include, but are not limited to, processing and accounting charges, and late charges which may be imposed upon Lessor by the terms of any ground lease, mortgage or deed of trust covering the Premises. Accordingly, if any installment of rent or other sum due from Lessee shall not be received by Lessor or Lessor's designee within ten (10) days after such amount shall be due, then, without any requirement for notice to Lessee, Lessee shall pay to Lessor a late charge equal to six percent (6%) of such overdue amount. The parties hereby agree that such late charge represents a fair and reasonable estimate of the costs Lessor will incur by reason of late payment by Lessee. Acceptance of such late charge by Lessor shall in no event constitute a waiver of Lessee's Default or Breach with respect to such overdue amount, nor prevent Lessor from exercising any of the other rights and remedies granted hereunder. In the event that a late charge is payable hereunder, whether or not collected, for three (3) consecutive installments of Base Rent, then notwithstanding Paragraph 4.1 or any other provision of this Lease to the contrary, Base Rent shall, at Lessor's option, become due and payable quarterly in advance.
